OUR HIRING PROCESS
Our goal is to prioritize candidates throughout the hiring process for the Clearbridge team.
We value your time and aim to be fully transparent. If you have any suggestions or questions, we welcome your feedback to help us improve the experience for future candidates.
1. Phone Screen
This is the initial interview of the hiring process. It is an opportunity to get to know each other better to see if we will be a good fit for one another.
2. Assessment
Some roles may require customer service or specific skill assessments that are done online either through email or a skill assessment platform.
3. In-Person or Virtual Interview
You will receive an email inviting you to an interview.
4. Reference Check
We will ask you to provide us with one to three references.
5. Criminal Record Check
Our screening platform will send you an email with further instructions. This will take less than five minutes.
6. Job Offer
If we decide you are the ideal candidate, we will contact you and present a verbal offer. If you accept, we will send you an Offer Letter.
