Jim’s goal at Clearbridge is to help his team do their best work for our customers. 

He provides leadership, guidance and support to our technical team so they can do their best work and advocates for our customers, so their best work is always achievable. 

He loves spending time with his family—he has five kids, so free time is a bit of a unicorn, but they spend lots of good time together and love being outdoors, skipping rocks and building sand castles at the beach—that’s about as good as it gets!
