Case Study
In this case study, we worked with Northwest Tank Lines to develop online training for their truck drivers.
The Challenge – Prior to COVID-19, training was conducted in person. With the restraints of the pandemic, staff had to pivot and conduct training virtually. They created some resources, however wanted to improve their training method and find a way to keep drivers engaged.
The Result – Our work resulted in saving Northwest Tank Lines 30 minutes per driver orientation. With the time savings, they are now able to focus on other high impact work with the peace of mind their drivers are still getting the training they need.
