Our CEO Ryan sees his mission as casting a vision of where we are going as a company and helping to connect the dots to get us there. 

He packs his days full of as much as he can (literally) and in his free time does a lot of biking, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, running—just general “adventuring”. 

One interesting fact? 

When he was 14, he figure skated competitively, and at 15, he rock climbed competitively (ranking #1 for his age in Manitoba that year).
