We have a saying here that, while we work really hard to make Clearbridge a great place to be, we also want it to be a great place to be from.
We understand and fully accept that most people who begin or continue their careers at Clearbridge won’t be here forever, as much as we’d love them to be. People will join our team, and they will most likely eventually leave us—and we strive to ensure they leave even better people and professionals than when they joined us.
Sunny Bath joined our team back in 2018. We had the honour of working alongside him for nearly 2 years while he helped shape our culture and grow our business to where we are today. Before Sunny moved on to an amazing opportunity, we asked him a few questions about why Clearbridge is a great place to be from.
